Tour Our Dajcor Kentucky Facility
Take a look inside our 300,000 sq ft Chavies, Kentucky facility! With state-of-the-art equipment and many smiling faces, this is where we proudly extrude and fabricate aluminum products to the North American marketplace.
With two automated anodize lines at our Chatham, Ontario facility, Dajcor has the ability to provide chemically brite dip, caustic and acid etch anodizing in a wide range of standard and specialty colours of your choice, handling lengths up to 12'6" for brite dip and 28’ for caustic and acid etch finishes.

Our standard aluminum anodizing colours are clear, bronze/brown, gold, brass and black, while specialty colours can be provided through matching your colour preferences. Our expertise in matching anodizing colours and anodized aluminum finishes is what sets us apart from our competition.

Meet The Team
We've started a new series to introduce you to our team! Meet a few of our valued members:
Todd Young, VP Sales and Marketing (CANADA)
With 38 years of expertise in the aluminum extrusion industry, Todd played a crucial role in launching Dajcor Aluminum in 2010 and continues to contribute to our success. When he's not at work, Todd enjoys hitting the golf course as a part-time golfer and exploring new trails as an avid cyclist.
Jamie Neil, Chief Financial Officer (CANADA)
Jamie has years of experience driving growth and running organizations in banking, healthcare, and manufacturing. He claims to be more fluent in math and data than in English! Proud to be born and raised in Chatham, ON, he says there's no place he'd rather call home. Most nights, his family can be found at an arena, ball diamond, or soccer field. Jamie actively gives back to the community, volunteering for community based boards in Chatham-Kent.
Aaron Blonde, Senior Manager of Sales Support (CANADA)
Born and raised in Chatham-Kent, Aaron has been with Dajcor Aluminum for 13 years! In his spare time, Aaron owns and operates a horse farm with his wife and keeps busy with his two daughters.
Nathan Floyd, VP of Sales (USA)
Nathan has been with Dajcor Aluminum for 4 years and has worked in the extrusion industry for 39 years! An interesting fact about Nathan is that he spent several years working part-time as a Deputy Sheriff in Louisville, KY.
Teresa Breeding, HR Manager (USA)
Teresa joined the Dajcor team in 2020, but she's been working in Human Resources for over 25 years! Her favorite pastime is having fun with her 2 grandsons, Carson and Ben. She is also an avid fan of all University of Kentucky sports. Go Cats!
Fred Derochers, General Manager (USA)
Fred has worked in the aluminum industry since 1985. He joined the Dajcor team in 2022 as our General Manager. In his spare time, Fred loves to fly fish!
